ABOUT
MISSION
The mission of House of Hope & Restoration is to see people struggling with addiction be set free in Jesus’ name. Our goal is to create a safe home for people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction to live and learn the skills necessary to succeed in our society today. Our program couples the assistance of spiritual “fathers and mothers” with a message of hope centered on participants receiving a new revelation of Jesus Christ and further practical assistance in their recovery.
VISION
We desire to see people living in a safe home experiencing freedom from addictions in Jesus’ name. These homes will have a central living space where we will work together to create community and safety for our students. We will teach our students new life skills required to function in mainstream society including budgeting, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, organizational skills, Bible study, vocational skills, and developing and maintaining healthy relationships. Our purpose is to train and equip others to be raised up as healthy leaders, reproduce what they have learned, and go out in the world to fulfill God’s calling in their lives!
FOUNDERS
Luke & Jessica Blosenski are the founders of House of Hope & Restoration (HHR). Their heart for the ministry developed from their own story. From opioid addiction to an almost dissolved marriage, this couple has seen God's miraculous power at work in their lives and the lives of their children. Having completed a faith-based addictions program, God has completely restored the biblical foundations in their life and now they feel called to help others going through the same thing.
The vision of HHR was birthed from Isaiah 35; wanting to see blind eyes opened, healing in the wasteland (people's lives), and new beginnings for the addict who has been set free from addiction in Jesus' name.
And when he comes, he will open the eyes of the blind and unplug the ears of the deaf. The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will sing for joy! Springs will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams will water the wasteland. ~Isaiah 35: 5-6 (NLT)
